Dan,

I guess it makes sense that only the CD used for booting would need to be
HFS. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem with the
ISO files just put on the FTP servers. It almost seems like a problem with
the installer scripts or something. I guess time will tell if others have
the same issue.

The only reason I thought it might be a problem is because OS 9 will show
the file .diskinfo as _DISKINFO. instead, and I thought perhaps that might
be due to the disc being in Joliet format. After doing a little
experimenting, it turns out that I was barking up the wrong tree.

If anyone has any ideas on what is causing the error while installing, I'd
appreciate any info. Thanks again!

What's the problem here. REally, only CD 1 needs to be HFS since its the
only bootable CD...
