Installing RPMs

I=B9ve finished installing YDL, but didn=B9t install KDE because I like Gnome
better.  But because of that, I don=B9t have KPPP installed, so I can=B9t
configure my modem.  How do I install KPPP without having to completely
reinstall the system?  Which leads into my other question... How do I
install RPMs?  I know I type =B3rpm =ADi <name-of-file>=B2, but I keep getting an
error about a user and group called "dburcaw" (hmmm...) don't exist.

Please help!
