Remap Keys?

This is likely a newbie FAQ.

I have a new YDL 3.0 on my Pismo. I will be using it in a mixed 
environment with Mac OSs.

I wonder whether it would make sense to remap the control key to the 
command key. And the F11 key to a control click. And maybe the escape 
key to something else.

Its just a nuisance to have to pause to think whether we should be 
doing a command-C or a Control-C for cutting.

Or is there a Quickeys-like application that can do this on an 
application by application basis?
