INSTALL TERMINATES WITH 1 MINUTE LEFT!!

NO!! oops I had caps lock on ;)

Anyway, you are experiencing the 8gb free space dillema.  You need to
divide the 20gb partition into two partitions, one being  less than
8gb.  The other one being whatever you want it to be i.e. storage
etc...  But you will have to reinstall.  Sorry.
