Burning ISO images

Do I open Disk Utility, as I don't see an option to burn. Also, when I 
open the image, isn't that mounting it, as from this FTP server, it says 
not to mount the image, but burn from the ISO.
"Note on burning:  make sure you use your CD burning software's "Burn 
from ISO"
option.  Mounting the iso image and then burning will NOT work."
