ANOTHER mol question

I recall something similar when I first started MOL. The spinning OSX
wheel rings a bell, but I am getting too old to be sure I saw it keep
spinning.
I do recall, though, that I was concerned about the ip address and DHCP
name server entry and I went looking for any explanation. I was
dumbfounded by the lack of any hint of a problem like this, until I
stumbled on an entry somewhere that said I would see a penguin icon when
MacOSX appeared. I would have no network access and would really be
unable to run anything MacOSX-like, until I double-clicked the penguin
and followed the rest of the waiting instructions. I think the wheel
spun until I double-clicked the penguin.
I also recall that the penguin will only appear until you have that
final step completed, from within MOL
If the spinning wheel is all that appears, and the penguin isn't on the
desktop, or the desktop doesn't even appear, there's a bit more to this
problem.
Best of Luck,
Olaf
What's that on the telly?
Oooh! Looks like a penguin!
