httpd (Apache server)

Well, httpd seems to be working alright.

Now I'm wondering at a certain behaviour being exhibited by the server.

If I load 'localhost' in the address bar Mozilla pulls up an Apache install 
screen saying... server successfully installed, yadiyadida.

If I load the IP address 192.168.0.4 it'll pull up the files as stored in 
/var/www/html/

How come localhost is showing something other than what 192.168.0.4 is? Does 
this have something to do with the virtual servers?
