Ok its done building and its working sweet! <rpmbuild -ta> is
processing..... 
I've already posted "Compiling GAIM" to the FAQ but it need a little
update. Since GAIM is now in </usr/local/bin/gaim> instead of
</usr/bin/gaim> ...minor stuffs..
