User info available?

Thanks to you who have provided info lately on my new Linux venture.

Is there a 'user manual' for YDL and the software that comes with the 
install CD's?
I'm not referring to the install manual, I have those... I'm talking 
about something that talks about the programs.

Now that I have it, it seems a bit slow on the learning curve.... so good 
info would certainly help.
