YDL doesnt use all of the monitor space

Greetings,
I had similar problems with linux on that display. One of my distributions defaulted to a 84khz display that was too much for that monitor. Changing to a 60khz scan rate allowed the display to fill the screen and brightened the image. The display was not flickery either.
