config CUPS and ethernet

Want to configure a macintosh G4 AGP 450 using ethernet to talk to an Apple
LW16/600 named "grad" using YDL 4.0.1.

Using CUPS configured as a Networked UNIX printer. Not sure what to use for
Server name. Continue to get: host name lookup failure.

Tried the following for a server name:
ipp://127.0.0.1
localhost.localdomain
169.254.235.28 - busy
grad.localhost.localdomain

Sharing: eth0

Ethernet mac address:
00:0a:27:ae:63:e0
