config CUPS and ethernet

Reason for hostname lookup failure is that localhost, nor
localhost.localdomain is valid DNS names.

What the machine tries to do is to lookup the names using sandard dns
queries.

The 12.7.0.0.1 and the 169.254.x.x are all internal ip-numbers that
cannot be used on the internet.

For internal network usage it should be fine to use those ip:s
(127.0.0.1 is n loopback address that has to be available on all
machines).

What i would recommend is to give all machines ip-numbers in the same
ip-number range and the most common ranges are 192.168.1.x and
192.168.0.x series, these are commonly used if sitting behind an
router or firewall. Just don´t forget to configure them all with same
router address.

If not all machines are on the same ip-number range, then tey will
also get routing problems.

Hope this makes sence to you.
