No, the 603 was the precursor to the G3, the 604 to the G4.

There is absolutely zero common lineage or even ideas shared between 68K and
PowerPC. CISC vs. RISC, 1978 vs. 1992. Totally different

I doubt even Champion Server ran on 680x0 - it would have had to be Debian,
really.
