YDL installation on G5 Xserver problem

Hello all,
I'm installing YDL 4.0.1 on G5 Xserver using instruction from http://www.terrasoftsolutions.com/support/installation/ <http://www.terrasoftsolutions.com/support/installation/> . 

I have only terminal connection to the G5 Xserver, cause there is no video port on it.
Installation process started, however YDL doesn't boot and I can't see any prints/logs.

I don't know why I didn't see a thing related to installation progress.
I'm not so aware in MAC product line, probably I hadn't activate/setup terminal connection in a right way to get access to firmware.

I've look through HowTo form the page already and didn't find any related to my problem,
could anybody refer me to installation HowTo/FAQ (may be with G5 Xserver  specific) ?
