I have experimented with this setting: 

HorizSync 28-64
VertRefresh 60

(from the handbook of the monitor)

But nothing happened. 

What ist the meaning of "TMDS"? 

Handbook: "Digital RGB (DVI) signal: TMDS (Single link)"
