Removal from mail lists

Ok guys, enough is enough.

	Norbert: I do not believe anyone would intentionally 
	subject themselves to unwanted email only to further
	their sense of frustration.

	Eric: You are removed. And please keep in mind this
	is a public, professional list --cursing is not accepted.

	Gerard: No sign of the email address from which you
	are sending, so it must be forwarding from another.

	Gettom: Why did you sign on with an email you did
	not want to use? You are removed.

Can we get back to some mutually beneficial support for those who are using 
Linux for the first time? :)
