I'm a bit confused.

When I go to the yumex website the first line on the page identifies it (yumex)
as a GUI for yum. Within YDL6 and earlier versions of YDL there has existed
(for many years) a GUI for yum known as pirut which is also identified as
simply Add/Remove Software.

In closing I completely missed any connection regarding what yumex has to do
with adding codecs to Totem.

Within e17 there is an application called Codec Installer which when activated
should point to Fluendo. It doesn't right now, but it should in any guess you
can get there by clicking here: https://shop.fluendo.com/

It is my guess that the Codec Installer should have been pointing to this page;
the idea was to present to YDL users a legal means of acquiring the codecs many
people desire to have within Totem and other apps which come with YDL or can be
recompiled within YDL.
