This built perfectly, after one adjustment:

Trying to create /usr/X11R6/lib/libXv.so in the spec is very bad form. RPM's
should ideally be buildable as a normal user and should never modify the
system they're being built on.

That aside, despite the fact that I did not have libXv.so on the box (and
deleted its creation from the spec), the source configured and built without
problems.

It definately has audio and stability issues, but thanks!
