Thanks very much Dan. Everything works great now. I have another small
question! I have been trying to get the modem working on the ibook. I have
upgraded to your kernel. I am running ppp of verion 2.4.1 from ydl 2.0.
Now I had it running using 2.2.19-X. Now the modem ceases to be found!!! I
looked at some mail archives. Somebody said that it needs /dev/ppp. What
are the char options for this - I am not sure. I can't cat any /dev/ttySX!
No such device for all of them. This is keeping me to boot into MAc
whenever I need to use modem. Any suggestions will be gratefully received.
Thanks very much in advance.
