postfix*.src.rpm can't create /usr/src/rpm/SOURCES

        Not sure why a missing intermediate directory (/usr/src/rpm)
is a problem, but it looks like rpm should be creating
/usr/src/rpm/SOURCES with mkdir -p. Is this an issue with the spec
file or a bug in rpm-4.0.2-1b (which I should report to Red Hat)?
