In OSX, go to Applications: Utilites: Disk Copy and launch disk copy.
DO NOT drag your iso to the window that appears ("Drag a disk image here
to mount it").
Instead, go to the menu bar and select:
Image: Burn Image
... which will create an exact copy of your iso; because it's already
correctly formatted you don't need to deal with formatting.
