I've noticed that you have to explicitly click on the MOL sound output
device in the M & S CP. It should be colored with your selection color.
On my machine it's not until I explicity click on it after a reboot. You
should get sound then. I've found I have to do this on each boot into
MOL, even if I haven't rebooted into native MacOS between.
