Subject: MOL NOT runtime patched for 603 processor.

LinuxPPC 2000 Standard Installation
on my Performa 6400/200 with 603e.
Despite assurances to the opposite,
MoL does not work right out of the box.
With startmol, I get:
"Using MOL library directory /usr/lib/mol
This kernel is NOT runtime patched
Trying to apply MOL runtime patches."
"This machines has a 603 processor. Unfortunately,
it is not possible to add MOL support for this machines
without recompiling the kernel (with the MOL patch applied)."
Can somebody please describe the simplest
possible procedure what I have to do to
run MoL.
As a non-expert, I have a few problems
here:
1) Std. 2000 installation runs with 2.2.15pre3
2) 2000 CD contains 2.2.14 sources
3) 2000 CD contains mol-0.9.38 that
contains kernel patches for 2.2.10 and
pmac-stable (presumably 2.2.13)
What shall I do in which order?
