You did use Stuffit 5 to unpack the file? Earlier versions
of stuffit will unpack the file (without any errors!) but
produce a corrupt file.
Also, you can try download the MacOS-drivers archive and
doubleclick the 'DevLoader' application in the "SoundDriver"
folder.
