What could cause "Remote Only" to be my only network option in the AppleTalk
cdev? I've got ethernet enabled and on eth0 in the config file, and the
ethernet works fine from linux - but MOL doesn't seem to think I've got an
ethernet card. I'm definitely using eth0 as my ethernet (DHCP).

On startup, if it's helpful:

Version 0.9.52
MOL kernel module 1.1.52
