Are you using the /etc/mol.sh script? If so, then the exchange volume
is automatically remounted r/w when mol exits. Note that MOL considers
any volume mounted r/w since the last session as dirty (MOL can only
check if a moule has been mounted, not if it was actually modified).

I don't recommend using exchange volumes between MOL and MacOS. A *MUCH*
better solution is using netatalk and a shared net volume. This
works very well and should not be very difficult to configure.
