MacOS 9.1 works fine on my Pismo running Debian/sid with a 2.4.1
kernel, glibc 2.2.1 and mol 0.9.55. Apart from networking, which I
set up using masquerading and the dummy device. Everything looks fine
from the Linux side, but from MacOS it fails with a TCP/IP error
-3221.
