Will there ever be support to allow changing the X cursor to the Macintosh cursor
bitmap without using a soft cursor? (i.e., by setting 'use_x_cursor' to off) I
prefer to see the correct cursor (like the hand icon over links in Netscape), but
using the soft cursor is a lot slower than using the X cursor. I know I can use
the mouse_dpi option to speed up the mouse polling, but that still won't fix the
problem.
