I'm trying to get multiple sessions (full screen) to work reliably on a
biege G3. It's running mandrake 8 with a generic 2.4.10 kernel. Single
sessions work fine, but a second session either results in an endlessly
repeating error:
> Starting in video mode 640*480, depth 32, 74.9 Hz [offs:0, rb:2560]
> Ethernet Interface (port 1) 'sheep-<eth1>' @ FE:FD:DE:AD:BE:EF

(just noticed that sound didn't initialize here, i wonder if that's
related, sound works when the sessions actually start)

OR dies on startup:
> ***** SIGNAL 11 [Segmentation fault] in thread main-thread *****
> si_signo = 11, si_errno 0, si_code 00030001
> si_addr 0x74617474. Last RVEC: 0x0 (0)
> NIP 74617474
> cleaning up...
> Terminating threads...
> DONE

(this seems to give the 1st session problems like a loss of networking)

OR actually starts up and works. It seems to be more likely (but not
guaranteed) to work if the system has been up a while, or if I wait a while
to start the second session.

I've tried this with both the 0.9.60 release and a grab of the current bk
repository.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.
