There was a problem with multi-session support. Actually, I tracked
it down and fixed it yesterday :-). (The MM context pool
was reset when the second session started resulting in double
allocated VSIDs and memory sharing.)

Probably not current enough (this change went in yesterday, 23:00 GMT).
Please let me know if the current bk repository works better.
