I'm curious if any one out there with a G4 has done any work to make
their computer quieter. Water cooling, external power supplies,
sorbothane bushings, etc.

There's a silent PC mailing list
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Silent-PC), but it's very PC oriented.
Here's another link http://home.swipnet.se/tr/silence.html that's
usefull as an overview. Maybe it's the second hard drive I put in,
but my machine is just noisier than hell, and it's giving me ringing
in my ears.
