I have finally gotten 0.9.65 to run on a G3 Beige with MacOS 9.0.4.   I did
have to lie to it and tell it that my adb mouse was "mouse  ps2".  Although
mol-kmods was recompiled under 2.4.19-4a I still get kernel mismatch
messages even using startmol -a.

Those problems are relatively minor.  My real problems are:

1.  If I define sdb3 as -rw mol freezes as the desktop appears.   It boots
OK with -ro but then I can't access a lot of other stuff on the sdb3 hfs
partition.

2.  Because of 1. above I very carefully (TOME Viewer to ZIP disc & cp -p to
Linux file) transferred MacOsRom to /usr/lib/mol/rom.   I now get a message
that mol can't read the OS ELF headers.

3.  Even when I define hfs volumes as -rw, the window shows a padlock and I
get "Volume Protected" messages when I try to save things.

4.  Under MacOs, a parade of small icons for all of my extensions being
loaded parade across the MacOs Banner page.  When booting under mol a few
large icons parade and not all of my stuff gets loaded.     A strange
symptom:  When I was experimenting with different mouse settings, some of
them resulted in the small icon parade and some the large.  Unfortunately
"mouse ps2" results in large icons and not all my stuff loading.

So near and yet so far......      Any suggestions?
