Last upgrade in debian unstable mol doesn't work

Hi,
I upgraded and compiled the last mol modules in debian SID. 

I launch mol and it seems to work fine. But during the bootup (the apple
screen hasn't appeared yet) it takes all the CPU and then shows this in
the terminal :
