2g limit is where - patch!

I had a similar problem[1] when trying to boot from a 3GB DVD iso, the 
solution is to apply this simple patch:
<http://lists.maconlinux.org/pipermail/mol-devel/2003-November.txt>, 
basically adding #define _FILE_OFFSET_BITS 64  and  #define _LARGE_FILES 
in src/lib/llseek.c

If some dev is reading please merge is patch! Also I think there are a 
few more patches from Hugang arround that have been ignored, like the
