I think I got what you meant. I did try that, both. I ran molvconfig 
and tested *every* mode (even the ones I knew wouldn't work). Just in 
case.

I also rebooted into OS 8 and the video was a little off. I set it to 
1024x768 with 256 colors, then booted in YDL and tried to startmol. 
Same results as before.
