Oldworld booting?

Rom-grabber worked for me in Mac OS 9. It produced a file of 4 MB. I
took the image on a 7600, but used it on a beige G3. It booted but was
unstable. I can mail it directly if you are interested. I also have an
image from 6400. BTW, the Rom-grabber.sit I have is 6400 bytes, the
one you used 6214.
