CD's refuse to mount in YDL 2.2

hey, this is how to restart and shut down.  On the
desktop window, click the main kde window where all
the programs come out, then u click on log out.  It
will go back to the log in page, and you then hit
shutdown, or restart, whatever it says, then a new
window comes up and asks if u wanna restart or
shutdown, thats an alternative in case u dont wanna do
it in root.
