Please make your subject line decriptive and relevant (was "RE: 2 questions")

Hi Paolo,

	I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to Intimidate you or yell. Rather I 
imagined the caps as a way to emphasize the message, similar to when 
people repeat something like I did but on the second time they say it 
slower and a little louder. Hope that cleared it up.
