Converting OS X AddressBook to KAddress? What is a good emailer for KDE?

is there an easy way to convert my OS X Address.app address book to KDE's=

KAddress so I can use it with KMail?

What is a good mail program except KMail and Ximian Evolution? These two =

have their share of problems, I'd like to get something which lets me mov=

folders between the local drive and my IMAP account (Mail.app finally doe=
