Getting files from linux to Mac via MOL

to access your mac-partitions from linux, you can simply mount them. (see:
man mount on how to do that)

i don=B4t know whether there is a way to access linux partitions from mac os,
but if, i=B4d like to know what it is (and what filesystem to use).
