I have a Powerlogix Bluechip LS G4 (500mhz) in my Lombard but I could
never get
YDL to run on it. My file system was trashed pretty fast. I tried YDL
2.3 as well as 2.4 and even went so far as to upgrade my hard drive ( I
had heard there was a some problem with the original IBM drive so I got
a 30gig travelstar) Still, no luck. I run OS X (10.2) on it and am very
pleased with the performance, the upgrade works flawlessly with the Mac
OS. Depending on what you're doing, OS X is not a bad unix system and
there is a fair amount of open source stuff out there.

Hope this helps.
