AGAIN: USB hang on printing & moving mouse

Hmm, I don't think that's the reason, as the printer is behind a powered hub 
on the 2nd USB, and kb/mouse are on the 1st... To clarify this here is the 
USB layout:


iMac USB #1 ----> iMac Keyboard
                          |
                           --------> Logitech mouse

iMac USB #2 ----> HAMA USB HUB w/external power
                      |   |   |
                      |   |    ----> HP DeskJet 840 C
                      |    --------> Imation SuperDisk Drive
                       ------------> Canon Scanner

So I really guess it's a kernel problem. BTW, using MacOS (still 8.6), 
everything works fine...
