Kevelop on YDL 3.0

Hello List,
Has any one seen any problems with kdevelop on YDL 3.0?
I try to create a simple hello world program and I can't even get past
the automake and autoconf parts of the build.
I get the following errors.
aclocal.m4:550 error: m4_defn: undefined macro: _m4_divert_diversion
autoconf/lang.mg:127 AC_LANG_RESTORE is expanded from .....
aclocal.m4:550 the top level
autom4te: /usr/bin/m4 failed with exit status: 1

Any one else seeing this?
