I've never tried changing it on YellowDog (use KDE), but under RedHat, you
rename /usr/share/pixmaps/redhat-main-menu.png to something else & then
replace redhat-main-menu.png with the image you wish to use.  I would
imagine the process would be similar for YellowDog.
