static noise and buzzing on YDL

I had the same problem. It sounds like a bunch of random data being
interpreted as sound, and the sound changes when moving the mouse or so.

I was able to make it disappear by playing with the Sound Mixer (in the
'Yellow Dog' popup menu, take Sound & Video, and then Sound Mixer. Twiddle
the sliders until it's gone).
