Yes you can sell your product that you made under any license you wish
providing that you are not reselling code from another source that
prohibits that (eg, you can't take a copy of PostNuke, tweak it and sell
it as your own - that's a violation of the GPL).  Be sure to read and
understand the licenses of any code or libraries you use or copy.  It 
would be *really* wise to have a lawyer help you though this phase.

Yes, lots.  Use google to find some, or use ODBC and use any frontend you 
want.
