Audio Latency with Maelstrom...

Hello Gang,

I can't play Maelstrom.   :-(

There is a two or three second delay between the video and the audio. I 
tried turning off the ARTS audio server, but then I don't get any sound.

So I need to either: get the latency down in ARTS, or get my audio 
correctly configured without ARTS.

Ideas or suggestions?

Standard YDL 3.0 install with a Ben 2.4.21 kernel from
http://www.ppckernel.org/
