Yellowdog as desktop OS? (Java and VPN needed)

I use vtun myself, which can be found on sourceforge. There's also OpenVPN, 
which also can be found on sourceforge. There is a theoretical attack written 
up in a peper somewhere for vtun, but nobody's seen anything in the wild as 
yet, and apparently it's fairly difficult to do. I'd advise going with 
OpenVPN, just in case, and will myself once I get the configuration set up.
