OK, so the next step would be to check the connectivity.

1 - Can you ping .5?
2 - Can you ping .1?
3 - Can you ping .6?
4 - Can you ping Qwest's router? You'll need a valid traceroute from one of
the other hosts. It's the next hop after your ActionTEC.
5 - DO YOU HAVE IPTABLES RUNNING? (sudo iptables --list)
6 - What is your routing (netstat -nr)
7 - What is the base station's default router? (I'm assuming it's .6. Please
verify)
