'official' Xorg version 6.8.1 on YDL4

Andrew,

The only issue I see with dumping 6.8.1 on top of and installed 6.6 is
that you may mask deficiencies in the 6.8.1 release.

You observed some font problems.  When I did a clean install I
encountered problems with the cursor bitmaps. I couldn't see the cursor
but knew it was there because I could see "bit flicker" when I moved
it.  I haven't [yet] figured out how to resolve this problem.  It's on
my list of things to do.
